New production space and office for Meyn Polska

Meyn Polska was officially handed an production space and office building - both 10,375sqm and 2,000 sqm, respectively - in mid-June.
The Polish facilities specialise in the manufacturing of machinery for live bird arrival systems as well as parts and accessories for other equipment which are later assembled at Meyn's Dutch headquarters.
The expansion project was delivered on time and within budget, taking just eleven months from start to finish, Meyn said.
"Following this expansion, we are ready for the future," Dariusz Karaś, managing director of Meyn Poland, remarked. "The new halls are not yet equipped to their full production capacity, but much of the machinery is already in place. We still have plans to expand our portfolio and integrate test systems for our machines.
Karaś added that as the poultry industry is still growing strongly, Meyn is developing along with the uptrend "while setting ambitious future goals".
The new production space was officially opened at a ribbon-cutting ceremony that took place in the presence of Victor A. Mancinelli, chairman and CEO of the US parent company CTB, Inc., and Joanna Wolska, global director of marketing and product management.
The official opening on June 13 was reserved for Meyn's customers who were able to discuss trends and future technologies with Meyn specialists at the event.
