USDA maintains corn production forecast for Ukraine

Analysts from the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) forecast world corn production in MY 2025/26 at 1,265.98 million tonnes (+1 million tonnes compared to the previous season). Estimated world corn exports are 195.81 million tonnes (+0.01 million tonnes), forecast ending stocks are 275.24 million tonnes (-2.6 million tonnes).

This is stated in the USDA report for June.

Forecast for corn harvest in Ukraine is 30.5 million tonnes, estimated exports are 24 million tonnes, ending stocks are 0.6 million tonnes.

USDA analysts did not change the forecast for corn production in the USA – 401.85 million tonnes, forecast exports – 67.95 million tonnes, ending stocks – 44.46 million tonnes (-1.27 million tonnes).

Forecast for major corn exporters for MY 2025/26:

China's corn crop is estimated at 295 million tonnes. Imports will be 10 million tonnes, ending stocks — 181.16 million tonnes (-1 million tonnes).
