Are cheese prices about to collapse?
Philadelphia, PA - Block Cheddar cheese prices reached a historic level on Monday: $2.585/lb, the highest price ever recorded. But throughout the rest of the week, cheese prices retraced those gains and then some Jul cheese futures ended the week at $1.957/lb, $0.57/lb lower than the block settlement on Fri.
