Output fall helps to stabilise China lysine prices
Lysine prices were mostly stable during the week ending June 14.
Several producers cut production in efforts to slow down the rise in inventories, which helped to stabilise lysine prices. Nevertheless, with demand staying weak despite the recent upsurge in hog prices, a handful of traders and distributors were still willing to lower prices further in a bid to move sales.
Price quotes of 70-percent lysine remained at RMB4.40-4.50/kg.
