China lysine prices show no signs of stabilising

Lysine prices continued to fall during the week ending June 12.

Lysine prices showed no signs of stabilising as tumbling hog prices decimated the sales of hog feed.

Price quotes of 70-percent lysine slid to RMB4.50-5/kg.

Prices are unlikely to rebound in the near term.

RMB1=US$0.1471 (Jun 13)
