Diminished demand for chicken products after the Dragon Boat Festival holidays dragged down the sales of AA broiler. Prices weakened in almost all regions, except for the northeast market. As most AA broiler farms are incurring losses, buying interest of day-old chick was poor. Prices fell to RMB0.60-1/chick.
