China Threonine: Prices move lower (week ended Jun 7, 2021)

Producers continued to cut prices of threonine in efforts to move sales. However, with feed demand sluggish, feed producers were reluctant to stock high inventories.

Ningxia Yipin will halt operation for two weeks during mid-June for routine maintenance.

Threonine producers will hold down prices in attempts to entice buyers. With buyers treading prudently, threonine prices are seen stable to lower.
