Jacob Bregnballe has been appointed Sales Director for AKVA group's international land-based aquaculture technology area, with focus on recirculation systems.

The new appointment was needed for the company to keep up with the rapidly growing global demand for this technology. As Bregnballe assumes his new responsibilities, AKVA group Denmark's General Manager, Jørgen Scheel, will now focus more on the overall management of the company, as well as the long term strategy to become the global leader also in land based aquaculture technology.

Jacob Bregnballe joined AKVA group in 2008 when his company DANAQ, along with UNI-Aqua, was acquired in order to strengthen the growth of AKVA group into land based aquaculture and recirculation technology.
