China methionine market stabilises amid decreased availability
Prices of methionine were stable during the week ending June 4.
Demand for methionine remained limited as feed producers withheld buying. Nonetheless, as one local producer stopped taking orders, tightened availability helped to stabilise methionine prices.
Price quotes of imported dl-methionine dipped to the range of RMB18.90-19.20/kg.
