Japfa Comfeed exports ready-to-eat chicken breast fillets to Singapore for the first time

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, through its downstream business entity, JAPFA Food, officially exported its latest product, OLAGUD Ready-To-Eat (RTE) Tender Chicken Breast, ready-to-eat chicken breast fillets, to Singapore in one 40-foot container.

This initial export is a strategic step by JAPFA in expanding the international market and at the same time proving the ability of JAPFA's downstream products to compete in the global market.

The OLAGUD RTE Tender Chicken Breast product is especially designed to meet the needs of healthy snacks high in protein for people in Singapore.

This product has gone through a strict production process and complies with the food safety standards required by the Singapore government.

JPFA Director Rachmat Indrajaya stated that this export step is in line with the company's commitment to supporting regional food security.

"This export is proof that JAPFA Food products can compete in the global market and meet strict quality and food safety standards. We are proud to be able to present quality products from Indonesia," said Rachmat.

The success of this export is also fully supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, especially by the Directorate General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health.

All export products are accompanied by a Veterinary Health Certificate officially issued by the veterinary authorities, as proof that the product has met the animal health requirements applicable in the destination country of export.

The first export of ready-to-eat chicken fillet products is expected to be the start of subsequent shipments to various other countries.

In addition, it is a successful example of synergy between industrial innovation and government policy.

The OLAGUD RTE Tender Chicken Breast product comes in six flavours, designed to meet the tastes of international consumers, namely Himalayan Pink Salt, Herbs, Miso Shoyu, Peri-Peri, Smokey, and Hainanese.

"This variety of flavours was developed through in-depth research into consumer preferences in Singapore, which is the first export destination," Rachmat said.
