Kwara, Nigeria, enters strategic partnership with France to develop grazing reserve for livestock production

The government of Kwara, Nigeria, has signed two major agreements with the French government on a strategic partnership involving the use of innovation hub for knowledge transfer as well as development of the Lata grazing reserve for large-scale livestock production.

Kawara Governor Abdul Rahman Abdul Razaq signed a memorandum of understanding with  French Minister of State for Development, Francophonie and International Partnerships Dr. Chrysoula Zacharopoulou.

Dr. Zacharopoulou said the Kwara State Agricultural Transformation Plan was a big boost for development in the state, noting that it will lead to a strong synergy between France and the Nigerian agribusiness sector in the years to come.
