Italian poultry meat banned in Russia
According to the Russian Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Control Service (Rosselkhoznadzor), the import of poultry meat products from the province of Cremona, Italy, has been banned in Russia due to cases of bird flu there.
The ban spans the import of live poultry, incubated eggs, poultry meat and all types of non-thermal-processed poultry products, as well as bird feed. Those restrictions do not cover finished products.
