European Food Safety Authority continues anti-ASF campaign

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) is extending its StopASF campaign this year to support the continuing efforts of control the spread of African swine fever (ASF).

The campaign raises awareness among farmers, hunters and veterinarians in the European Union and surrounding countries about how to detect, prevent and report ASF.

Now in its fourth year, the campaign relies on the assistance of local farmers' groups. It is run in partnership with local authorities in several European countries including Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania.
