Philippines' Swift Foods will start exporting chicken

Philippine food and beverage group RFM Corp. is positioning itself to be a major chicken exporter in Asia over the next five years through its unit, Swift Foods Inc. The company is expected to export $50 million worth of chicken in a five year period.

The chicken products will most probably be targeted at countries like Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, among others.
