Jamesway's launches online parts website

Jamesway has announced the launch of its online parts website on May 23.

According to the company, a large team of Jamesway staff has spent several hours creating an online solution to deal with the complicated process of quoting and ordering parts. 

"Now hundreds of parts are online and can be easily accessed from a computer, handheld device or tablet," the company said. 

The site offers customers product information and imageries, a quote request tool, and access to the "My Account" feature with value-added functions such as saving a favorites list, viewing quote request history and more.

Customers can search for products by part number, keyword or use Jamesway's machine category tree to narrow their search down.

The service is currently available in English and Spanish, and can be accessed at www.jameswayparts.com.
