The Health & Nutrition Business Unit of Evonik Industries, Germany has raised its price for ThreAMINO® (L-threonine 98.5% feed grade).

Effective immediately, the price increase is €0.30/kg (US$0.41/kg) on ThreAMINO^® (L-threonine feed grade 98.5%) for animal nutrition.

All existing contracts and supply agreements will be honoured.

Evonik is the only company worldwide to produce and market the four most important essential amino acids for modern animal nutrition, including MetAMINO^® (DL-methionine), Biolys^® (source of L-lysine), ThreAMINO^® (L-threonine) and TrypAMINO® (L-tryptophan).
