Pork carcass transaction volumes decreased 1.7% over the week, totalling 8,118 tonnes. Prices slid 0.48% to RMB14.65/kg amid soft demand. Despite dwindling demand for pork, hog markets were mostly stable as supplies of finishing hog were limited. On average, hog prices inched up 0.07% to RMB10.08/kg.
