Lacklustre demand softens China vitamin A prices
 
 
Prices dropped marginally over the past few weeks.
 
Domestic demand for vitamin A remained slow while export orders were limited by the appreciation of renminbi. Consequently, vitamin A prices stayed soft during the period in review.
 
Price quotes of locally produced vitamin A softened to RMB117-121/kg while actual transacted prices were in the range of RMB116-119/kg.
 
Vitamin A prices are seen stable to lower in the coming weeks.
