Meriden announces Global Aqua Sales Manager

Meriden announces the appointment of Maarten Jay van Schoonhoven as Global Aqua Sales Manager, in line with Meriden's focus on the aqua sector after becoming part of the Anpario PLC group.

Maarten will continue, under the Meriden identity, to work with Aquatice - the product developed by Kiotech International - in addition to developing and supporting the Orego-Stim^® Aqua and Phyconomix product ranges. Meriden is currently developing new products for the aqua sector.

Maarten is currently based in Bangkok to oversee operations in the important aqua region of Southeast Asia. Maarten's fluent Spanishwill be an advantage in overseeing Central South America, another important region in aquaculture.

Maarten has been with the group since 2009 and has considerable technical and commercial experience from around the world. He holds two MsC degrees in Biology and Aquaculture.
