World prices for milling wheat to take a downturn

In the following marketing year, prices for milling wheat in the world will continue decreasing, said Zsolt Vinze, the deputy vice-president of R. J. O'Brien Commercial Ag & Energy Division.

According to the expert, trading activity with the product in the majority of countries of the world will not show high rates, because the world still faces consequences of the world financial crisis.

At the same time, the Black Sea region will probably face the growth of trading volumes with agricultural products. Vinze considers that the general orientation of the countries on export trading and strengthening of relationships between Ukraine and Russia at the governmental level will assist the development of the situation. According to the expert, the main investments in the sphere will concentrate in Russia and countries of the Eastern Europe.
