CME prices rocket higer

 
Philadelphia, PA - Dairy product prices surged this week in a jaw-dropping fashion. Blocks and barrels ended this week up by nearly a half-dollar. Butter gained 35.50 cents and nonfat dry milk prices were up 11.00 cents. Futures prices have been equally as dramatic with the June Class III futures contracts having gained $5.19 in the last three weeks.
