United Grain Company to export up to one million tonnes of grain
Russia's state-owned United Grain Company plans to export up to one million tonnes of grain in 2010, the company said in a statement Wednesday (May 12).
Of the total, United Grain Company plans to export up to 200,000 tonnes of grain in May–June. The company has already supplied 23,740 tonnes of wheat to Egypt.
The United Grain Company is the government's agent for grain purchases aimed at supporting domestic producers.
