NABEL launches new Egg Tray Washer PTW200

President Kunihiko Nambu of NABEL Co., Ltd. has launched the new Egg Tray Washer PTW200—an automatic washer that has a capacity of 2,000 trays per hour, which was released last month.

On Tray Washer PTW200, the supplied dirty trays are jet-washed by high pressured water. Several kinds of plastic 30-egg trays are available: Twin Pack and NS-Tray, to name a few. After washing, the trays are stacked and spin-dried automatically.

One of its features is the stainless steel body of the whole machine keeping it away from corrosion and making the machine totally clean even in hot and humid conditions. Another feature is that the PTW200 is directly connectable to the auto loader's output conveyors, allowing the trays to be washed right after being used. As an optional equipment, a tray denester helps the PTW200 to work independently and a chemical pump works for the disinfecting water for the washing of the trays.

With using the new PTW200 for tray washing, time, water and labour are all minimised, while improving hygiene.
