Deoxynivalenol (DON) is one of the most common mycotoxins in Asia. According to the 2014 BIOMIN Mycotoxin Survey, 65% of 1,762 tested samples from Asia were contaminated by DON, with an average of positive level of 512 ppb. Contaminated feed ingested by animals leads to mycotoxin exposure and impaired health effects.
