North Carolina aquaculture facility to complete construction by August

The new aquaculture facility for the University of North Carolina Wilmington is expected to complete construction by the end of August.

The new building behind the Wrightsville Beach municipal complex will be expanded to accommodate the many projects and functions of the centre and its research staff, according to reports in Lumina News.

The building, which would be approximately 32 feet wide and 82 feet long, would provide laboratory space to support the research and development work in marine finfish aquaculture.
