Russia's May 11 Grain Intervention Sales 52,350 MT


Russia's grain intervention sales on May 11 were 52,350 metric tons, including 20,900 tons of third-grade milling wheat, 22,050 tons of fourth-grade milling wheat and 9,400 tons of milling rye, according to the press service of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange, which conducted the sales.
 
Total grain intervention sales so far are 1,307,737 tons. The total includes 405,465 tons of third-grade milling wheat; 692,486 tons of fourth-grade milling wheat; and 209,786 tons of milling rye.
 
The intervention sales will last until May 20, with about 1.6 million tons of grain to be sold.
