USA dairy markets take a breather
Batavia, NY - The tone of the cheese market has weakened considerably in the last 10 days. Anecdotal evidence suggests that the increase in cheese supplies has now caught up with the growth in domestic demand. This leaves the USA cheese market very dependent on export orders. It also means we are hearing more bearish voices in our network.
