Aviagen's Ross team hosts breeder and broiler seminar in Lebanon
Aviagen's Ross® Middle East and Africa (MEA) team recently hosted a two-day Breeder and Broiler Seminar in Beirut, Lebanon, welcoming nearly 100 Ross customers and other poultry industry professionals.
The seminar provided an ideal platform to share best practice management advice, with a tailored and diverse programme designed to be both informative and interactive, covering the latest updates in management, health and nutrition for breeders and broilers.
Attendees included integrators and day-old chick producers from the private sector and delegates from the Lebanon Ministry of Agriculture.
The seminar's speakers were Aviagen's incubation specialist, Tolga Erkus, regional technical manager Neil Clark, technical service manager Ibrahim Ibrahim, nutritionist Adam Sacranie and veterinarian Pavel Shkarlat.
"We are acutely aware of our responsibility to the market in Lebanon and the wider MEA region," said Bulent Tanyildizi, Ross's commercial manager for MEA. "Proven performance means Ross is the breed of choice for the region but we don't take anything for granted or wish to rest on our laurels. Seminars, such as this, allow us to pass on focused, tailored advice to our customers, so that they can get the best from their Ross birds."
"The seminar was a great success and we were delighted with the attendance and involvement of the Lebanese industry. We are committed to providing continued support to the market through our customer service offering, and future events and seminars," Tanyildizi added.
