Norway's seafood exports in April reach record high

 

 

Norway's seafood exports reached 2.5 billion NOK (£209 million) in April this year, increasing by 25 percent compared with the corresponding period in 2004. According to Seafood from Norway (EFF), this is also the highest registered export figure ever for the month of April.

 

Norwegian seafood exports have grown by 13 percent to stand at 10 billion NOK to date, with Russia strengthening its position as the biggest export market for the country.
