China Live Hog Weekly: Prices sink to near-eight year lows (week ended Apr 27, 2018)
Even with May Day holidays approaching, the demand for pork in China remained sluggish. Compared with the previous week, the sales of pork carcass inched up a mere 0.04% to 8,294 tonnes while prices slid 0.87% to RMB14.76/kg.
