Traders said that on Friday (May 4) about 55,000 tonnes of soymeal have been bought by South Korea's Nonghyup Feed (NOFI) from Glencore via a tender for arrival by September 15.
The agency bought the soy meal of South American origin at US$525 a tonne on a cost and freight (CFR) basis, they said.
The product should arrive at two or three ports from a list including Incheon, Pyongtaek, Kunsan, Mokpo and Ulsan.
