Yili's revenues up 17.1% in first quarter of 2019
 

China's dairy giant Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. reported revenues of CNY23.13 billion yuan (US$3.4 billion) in the first quarter of 2019, up by 17.1% year on year, Xinhua reported.

The group also saw net profits of CNY2.28 billion (US$337.4 million) in the same period, according to a report released by the company.

Yili has steadily increased its market share to 25.6% in China, according to the consumer index statistics provided by Kantar Worldpanel.

In 2018, Yili registered revenues of CNY79.6 billion (US$12 billion), up by 16.9 pct year on year.
