Turkish grain board imports 55,000 tonnes corn in tender
Turkish State Grain Board (TMO) said Thursday (May 3) it had bought 15,000 tonnes of corn at US$232.94 a tonne and 40,000 tonnes at US$232.20/tonne in an import tender, the Ihlas News Agency, or IHA, reported.
The TMO said, Glencore and Nidera won corn the tender for the grain to be imported from Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldovia and Ukraine.
