China vitamin B2 prices tumble amid strong competition

Prices of vitamin B2 plummeted about 20% amid increased competition as the output capacity of the industry expanded. Buyers were not keen to stockpile inventories with supplies plentiful and feed demand slow.
Vitamin B2 market will remain soft due to excess production. However, as prices have dropped prominently during April, producers will be more cautious in giving discounts.
