Weak buying interest holds down China lysine prices

Lysine prices stayed stable during the week ending April 30.

Prices of lysine stayed firm as several producers cut production after Chinese New Year. However, demand slowed as feed millers have stockpiled some supplies earlier, hence putting a lid on the prices.

For imported 98.5-percent lysine, transacted were in the range of RMB10.70-11.30/kg.
