China's Yili reports 21.6 percent rise in Q1 2008 revenue
In its filing to the Shanghai Stock Exchange yesterday (Apr 29), Inner Mongolia-based Yili Group reports a 21.6 percent on-year increase in its first quarter revenue to RMB 4.75 billion.
Yili's revenue growth in Q1 has made it one of the better performers in China's dairy industry, where average revenue growth was only 10 percent.
Meanwhile, Yili's net profit attributable to shareholders stood at RMB55.7 million, or RMB0.08 per share. Compared with the last quarter, net asset per share improved 3 percent to RMB6.51.
