Philadelphia, PA– The nonfat dry milk market rallied throughout this week. From our network, we heard a number of stories indicating a surge in buying activity after USDA reported USA milk production down 0.4% in Mar. Milk powder buyers — foreign and domestic — were out in force ordering.
