Batavia, NY - This week was full of records. First, an all-time record: The CME dry whey price reached the highest level ever recorded ($0.7025/lb) on 20 Apr. Granted, the CME spot dry whey market has only been around since 2018 and prices fell thereafter after rumors of Chinese pushback.
