Kemira recently announced the appointment of Visiel Vasquez as sales manager, Southeast Asia, effective April 26, 2010. 

According to Han van der Broek, Kemira Asia Pacific's manager for sales and marketing, food and feed, ''Visiel's addition to the team will bring our service and support to distributors and customers to the next level. We can bring more Kemira products to the customer's attention and ensure proper implementation and support is provided.''

A graduate of the University of the Philippines, Vasquez brings to her new role a wealth of experience in the regional feed industry, in which she has worked for more than 10 years.

She started her career first with at a local Philippine feedmill. Later on, she successfully managed the interests of a multinational feed additive company in both the Philippines and Singapore. Vasquez will be based at Kemira's regional sales office in Singapore.
