Highly viscous barley plus Avizyme 1210 gives good broiler performance
Barley of extremely high viscosity and wheat, when used in conjunction with Avizyme which contains xylanase and beta-glucanase provide for significantly higher bird growth in broiler. The overall trend was for higher intake with increasing levels of barley in the diet.
