China Live Hog Weekly: Lacklustre pork demand drags down prices (week ended Apr 20, 2017)
With pork sales sluggish without any festive stimulation, slaughterhouses were not eager to increase inventories. Prices of pork carcass slid to RMB20.35/kg over the week, dragging hog prices down by 1.4%.
