Adisseo to close production units at West Virginia

Adisseo has given the notice that it will close several production units in Bayer CropScience's Institute site, located as West Virginia, USA.

The methionine production units at the Institute site are operated by Bayer CropScience on behalf of Adisseo. Adisseo will terminate the operating agreement at the site by mid-2012.

Meanwhile, Bayer is still evaluating the decision.
