Bullish market tone takes a breather
Philadelphia, PA– This week the tone of our network moderated regarding most dairy products. Beginning with nonfat dry milk, sentiment softened. Increasingly, our contacts are questioning the strength of international demand just as European milk supplies return to growth. More on both in a bit. At the moment, we are not picking up any reports of "tightness."
