Aviagen Asia Pacific strengthens customer support with new appointments

Aviagen Asia Pacific has appointed Dr. Daniel Gomes as its brand manager for Indian River, effective March 29, and customer service specialist Naphangpat Pawang.

Reporting directly to Dr. Rafael Monleon, business manager of Asia Pacific, Dr. Gomes will work with Indian River customers to develop brand strategies and business plans, thus strengthening their businesses while maximising customer satisfaction. He will also act as a liaison between the global Indian River support teams and Asia-Pacific customers. These global teams provide customers with a wealth of expertise in areas such as bird feed nutrition, veterinary medicine, hatchery/incubation support and flock management.

Working closely with Dr. Gomes, Pawang will serve both Arbor Acres and Indian River customers, supporting the relationship from order to delivery. She will monitor all steps of the process to ensure the health and welfare of Aviagen birds and satisfaction of its customers, while also supporting adherence to US and international trade laws and regulations.
