Russian sea ports ships 4.7 million tonnes of grains

 

 

The Russian sea ports raised cargo turnover by 5.3% in the first three months of 2012 compared with the same period of 2011, to the level of 127.3 million tonnes, informed the Association of Sea Commercial Ports of the Russian Federation.

 

The volume of grain shipment totalled 4.7 million tonnes in the reporting period.

 

The cargo turnover of the sea ports of the Azov-Black Sea basin totalled 38.8 million tonnes, down 1% compared with three months in 2011. The volume of dry cargo shipment grew to 13.3 million tonnes (up 24.2%).
