Rob Newell, Head of Brands at the happy egg co., said, "Our consumers have proven to us that size really does matter when it comes to eggs and with the resurgence of baking, larger eggs are in demand more than ever before. Our hens lay eggs naturally in a range of sizes from small to large and we are now offering consumers even more delicious eggy-ness to enjoy!"
