Batavia, NY - Stories of improved foodservice sales continued to dominate our conversations this week. Several contacts have reported their sales as "the best since the pandemic started" and "stronger than expected." As far as we can tell, the resurgence in foodservice has been the primary driver of higher cheese and butter prices over the past month.
