South Korea's NOFI buys corn, rapeseed meal in tender
South Korea's Nonghyup Feed Inc (NOFI) has bought corn and rapeseed meal in separate tenders concluded on Tuesday (Apr 11), a company official said.
NOFI bought 55,000 tonnes of US-origin corn from trading house ADM at 117 cents a bushel above the May Chicago Board of Trade contract. The shipment will arrive in South Korea around May 2-21.
NOFI also bought 10,000 tonnes of India-origin rapeseed meal from trading house Gokul at US$137.55/tonne , on cost and freight basis, excluding second and third port discharge premium of US$1.50/tonne . The shipment will arrive in South Korea between Jun 16 and Jul 5.
