Brazil now open to Vietnamese seafood imports

Vietnam is now able to export seafood to Brazil.

This comes after the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Supply (MAPA) proposed that a ban on granting import licenses to Vietnamese seafood products be terminated. It is followed by a review on a plan concerning remedies by Vietnam's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

With declining demand from the US and EU, Brazil is currently a vital market for Vietnamese seafood.
