UK's AB Agri acquires Premier Nutrition to gain overseas market
 

AB Agri Ltd, the Agriculture Group of Associated British Foods plc has acquired Premier Nutrition, a major manufacturer of vitamin and mineral premixes.

Premier Nutrition will continue to operate as a stand alone business, under the leadership of Robert Rae.

The acquisition strengthens ABF's access to overseas markets, including premix supply to the pet food and aqua food sectors.

ABF's financial muscle is expected to help Premier Nutrition grow its market share.
